We founded SHBV in 2021 because we kept seeing the same problem: small and mid-sized businesses either couldn't afford the big consulting firms, or hired them and ended up with solutions too complex for their team to actually use.
We're senior engineers who work directly with clients — no hand-offs, no rotating cast of junior developers. But more importantly, we've learned how to listen to people who aren't technical and translate what they need into technology that genuinely helps.
